Here is a list of question and answer to refer to in case there is errors with the plugin.
The first thing to do is to reupload the Learning Bot files. Once this is done test again. If there is still errors follow these procedures.
To make the chatbot learn, make it ask a question. Questions from the chatbot are offently chosen randomly. But they are more frequent when the user says a short answer. Once the chatbot have asked a question, it will save it in a session. The next user answer will be learned and added to the memory table.
Make sure that writing permissions are set on the session folder located in the demo folder. This folder needs to create new text files for the chatbot sessions.
Make sure that if Google Translate API is activated, the Google credential are uploaded correctly. A new credential file need to be generated and uploaded to the Google folder of the chatbot. The filename should be the same as the example listed in the folder (json format). This error could also be that short answer are sent to the chatbot. Try writing longer sentence and building more row in the memory.
Please make sure that writing permission are set on all the chatbot files. When converting a speech to text, the chatbot will need to write an audio (raw) file to the server before converting it. Make sure that a Google credentials file is generated with correct format (json). The API need this file to work.
Make sure that you have the "ffmpeg" tools installed on your server. This is a requirement for the chatbot as it will need it to encode the raw audio file to the right encoding.
This issue could be caused by no results from Wikipedia. If Google Natural Language is not enabled, the chatbot will use the words not matched in the dictionnary to find Wikipedia descriptions. By enabling Google Natural Language, it will use significant words of the user sentence for Wikipedia.
The tables are very big. The main reason why importing it could return an error is the high amount or query. Make sure to use a special software such as Heidi SQL. This software is using special feature like bulk import.
